The digital revolution has swept through the music; movie, TV and now publishing with an astounding force and speed, transforming the way we consume and purchase products along the way. Ebooks represent a revolution in the accessibility of art. The rise of the tablet, laptops, HD Television and video projectors as viewing devices have participated to the creation of many new forms of publishing media, and now, visual art. Digital distribution represents a democratization of photography. Of course there is always the risk of having our work spread on ebook torrents, but it is a small price to pay for the opportunity of creating a cutting edge publishing house! E-books are available at a low price, because there is no manufacturing, transportation and we can’t argue against the environmental benefits of paperless publishing. At the same time, a photograph always looks better on a screen because it is backlit. Year’s back, we used to project our slides on a screen.
